Kätlin Kiudsoo, our Group Legal Counsel, welcomes Your experience and customer focus to:

• Partner with the Sales team across all stages of the B2B contract lifecycle, including new client agreements, contract deviations, NDAs, renewals, and terminations
• Provide daily legal support to our managers, both at the Group level and subsidiaries. 
• Work with our security, operations, client services, and marketing teams to support our approach to data protection, GDPR compliance, and intellectual property
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes that affect Eurora operations

We trust You to have:

• Experience in a corporate transaction, technology, and/or commercial law either in-house or at a law firm
• Degree in Law
• Estonian and English proficiency, excellent communication skills
• Positive and can-do attitude with a focus on great customer experience, both internally and externally (we value positive and supportive team spirit very highly)
• Proven experience in providing legal support across B2B, enterprise, and technology contracts, including client negotiations
  
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex areas of law in a way that is simple and precise
• A pragmatic approach to assessing legal risk and a commercial mindset when providing advice and recommendations to the teams
• A natural ability to manage and prioritize projects across multiple teams
